What you'll need to apply

  • Full name and the city where you practice
  • At least one professional certification (e.g. IAT, WTS, board-certified dermatology, licensed cosmetologist with trichology training)
  • A short bio describing your practice and approach
  • A professional headshot (we'll request it during verification if you don't have one ready)
  • Your specialties and the languages you speak with patients
