Connect an AI assistant

Add this platform to ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant so it can search the directory and work with your own listings, leads and patient records — always as you, with your own permissions.

Set it up

  1. Open ChatGPT Apps settings and turn on Developer mode (read the risk notice shown there). If it is not available, ask a ChatGPT admin to enable it.
  2. Open the “New plugin” dialog.
  3. Enter the name Trichology Directory Connect and paste the address above.
  4. Review the details, tick “I understand and want to continue” (ChatGPT shows this for every custom connection), then click Create.
  5. Turn it on from the chat box, then ask ChatGPT to use it.

Refresh after we ship updates

Assistants remember what this platform could do when you first connected. After an update, refresh the connection.

  1. Open ChatGPT’s Plugins page and select this platform.
  2. Scroll to “Information” and click Refresh.
  3. ChatGPT cannot change an existing address — if it changed, delete the entry and set it up again with the address above.
  4. Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use it.

Access & safety

You sign in with your normal account, and the assistant only sees what that account can already see here. Nothing is made public.

Remove the connection in your assistant at any time to revoke access.
